Neil Curphey CMIOSH CMaPS
Managing Director
Neil is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner with 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a trainer for the following organisations NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB Cskills Awards Site Safety Plus, NPORS and UKATA and carrys out management and pre-refurbishment/pre-demolition asbestos surveys and project manage the removal of asbestos materials. He also acts as a Planning Supervisor for construction projects that are notifiable in accordance with the Isle of Man Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
Colin Vance Cert IOSH CMaPs
Director
Colin is an IOSH-certified safety professional with over 25 years of experience, primarily accrued in the construction industry. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, is a P402 asbestos surveyor, and is a Certified Planning Supervisor for construction projects that are notifiable in accordance with the Isle of Man Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. He conducts workplace inspections and is a tutor for CITB Cskills Award Site Safety Plus, UKATA, IOSH and EUSR accredited and approved training courses, as well as bespoke in-house courses.
Susan Christian
Company Administrator
Susan is an experienced practitioner utilising 30 years plus in a similar role for a construction, plant and utilities installation company. Susan’s present role includes arranging and coordinating the company’s resources to enable business goals relating to the provision of consultancy and training services to be achieved.
Robert Slinger
Health and Safety Advisor – TechIOSH
Robert is a safety professional with over 17 years’ experiences mostly accrued in the construction industry. He is also a holder of the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Robert is an asbestos surveyor and sampler P402; CITB Site Supervisor and CITB Site Manager; Qualified Roofer and First Fix Joiner. He is also currently studying to become a trainer for specialist in house training courses
